The Mission

At C4 Impact Initiative, our mission is to empower and uplift young athletes in the Permian Basin, fostering their holistic development both on and off the field. Committed to excellence and accountability, we strive to provide unparalleled support, innovative programs, and a nurturing environment that goes beyond sports, instilling values of teamwork, resilience, and personal growth. The Vision

The purpose of C4 Impact Initiative is to empower and enrich the lives of young athletes in the Permian Basin through comprehensive support, education, and community engagement. Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to creating a positive and transformative impact by providing resources, mentorship, and opportunities that extend beyond the realm of sports. We aim to create an environment where every young athlete, regardless of background, can access quality training, mentorship, and educational resources. With a focus on holistic development, we aim to nurture the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of young athletes, instilling values of leadership, resilience, and community service. GOAL:
Construct and Establish a State-of-the-Art Sports and Wellness Facility of which C4 Impact Initiative will operate within.

OBJECTIVE

· Secure Funding: Raise necessary funds through grants, donations, sponsorships, and fundraising events to finance the construction of the facility.

· Design and Development: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to develop a comprehensive plan for the facility that incorporates state-of-the-art equipment, amenities, and programming spaces.

· Grand Opening and Launch: Plan and execute a successful grand opening event to introduce the facility to the community and generate excitement and engagement.

GOAL:
Establish strong connections within the community.

OBJECTIVE

· Conduct Community Needs Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the needs, interests, and priorities of the local community to inform the development of relevant and impactful programs and services.

· Increase Accessibility and Affordability: Remove barriers to participation by offering programs and services that are accessible, affordable, and inclusive, considering factors such as transportation, language, financial constraints, and cultural preferences.

· Establish Community Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with local organizations, schools, businesses to leverage resources, expertise, and support.

· Host community events.

· Develop outreach programs to engage underserved communities.


Youth Development


GOAL:
To empower and enrich the lives of young athletes in the Permian Basin through education, offering mentorship, resources, scholarships and opportunities that focuses on their holistic development beyond the broader realm of sports.

· Launch sports scholarship programs.

· Implement mentorship initiatives.

· Develop camps, educational workshops and additional resources.

· Instill Values of Community Service and Social Responsibility: Engage in community service projects, volunteer opportunities, and leadership roles that promote social responsibility, empathy, and a sense of civic duty, empowering all to make positive contributions to their communities.

· Create a supportive and nurturing environment where youth feel valued, respected, and empowered to thrive, fostering positive relationships with peers, mentors, coaches, and role models.

C4 Impact Initiative, the non-profit partner of C4 Athletic Club, plays a pivotal role in securing donations to support the contraction and sustainability of our community facility. Through strategic outreach and engagement, the non-profit will actively connect with local businesses, philanthropic individuals, and potential sponsors who share our vision for a vibrant and accessible athletic space. By leveraging its non-profit status, the organization can offer tax incentives to donors, thus making contributions even more appealing.

The C4 Impact Initiative will live and operate out of this facility.
C4 Athletic Club will own the land and the facility.
